FIT + ZEN Experience

90-Minute Movement & Mindfulness Gathering

The FIT + ZEN Experience is a signature FITIZENS MOVE gathering hosted by Valeria Talve, founder of The FITIZENS.

Each session is a collaborative wellness experience where Val invites guest instructors and practitioners from the Hamptons and New York City to share their unique movement and mindfulness practices with the community.

Together we explore a variety of disciplines — from yoga, pilates, strength training, dance, and sculpt — creating a dynamic experience that evolves with each gathering.

FIT — Movement

The experience begins with 50 minutes of energizing movement led either by Valeria through her signature Baila with Val class or by one of the invited FITIZENS MOVE collaborators.

Each session brings its own flavor, but the intention remains the same: joyful movement that builds strength, releases stress, and brings women together in community.

ZEN — Integration

After the fire of movement, we soften.

the experience transitions into a ZEN integration practice guided by guest practitioners within the FITIZENS community.

Practices may include:

â€ĸ Breathwork
â€ĸ Journaling
â€ĸ Sound healing
â€ĸ Somatic practices
â€ĸ Mindfulness rituals

This closing portion allows the body to absorb the work, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to soften.

Together, these elements create a 90-minute journey where movement meets mindfulness and community connection.

More than a class, FIT + ZEN is an intentional gathering — a space to move, reset, and share meaningful moments with other women.
