Lucie is French — and baking is in her bones.
Raised in France and trained in the art of traditional French pastry, Lucie brings heritage, technique, and heart into everything she creates. Her approach honors old-world craftsmanship while embracing the beauty of slowing down, eating real food and supporting local farmers and seasonality.
During this intimate master class, we will make beautiful "tarte aux fruits" with seasonal produce, simple techniques and layered taste. Lucie will share the story of her culinary journey, inviting you to discover the cultural traditions that shaped her relationship with food—from growing up in the family farm and restaurant in Bordeaux to what brought her to New York.
You’ll step into the ritual of French baking:
Measured patience. Intentional process. Real taste, real ingredients.
Learn the art of French baking in an intimate, hands-on experience rooted in presence and pleasure.
Hosted at the beautiful Farm & Forage space, surrounded by seasonal florals from Ocean Fog Farm, this gathering is designed to feel warm, grounded, and inspiring.
Cooking with intention is about more than what comes out of the oven.
It’s about reconnecting to creativity, It’s about honoring craft, It’s about savoring the moment with friends!
You’ll leave with new skills, something delicious, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty of process.
