Born and raised in Brooklyn, Sofia is an internationally recognized event designer, creative director, and lifestyle expert known for creating unforgettable experiences around the world. Through her work, she has spent decades bringing people together through hospitality, thoughtful design, entertaining, and the art of gathering. Her Greek heritage and passion for creating meaningful moments make her the perfect guide for this conversation.

From there, we'll gather around the table for a thoughtful discussion about the elements that make a meal meaningful — from tablescaping and hospitality to the role food, music, flowers, and energy play in creating memorable experiences and bringing people together.
