There's something magical about being on the water. It invites us to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect—with ourselves, with nature, and with one another.

Join us for one of our signature FITIZENS Social gatherings as we partner with Paddle Diva for an unforgettable morning exploring the beautiful waterways of the Hamptons. Whether you're an experienced paddler or trying it for the first time, this experience is designed to be welcoming, joyful, and rooted in connection.

We'll begin the morning with coffee by SETT before getting fitted with our boards and heading out on a guided paddle through the peaceful waters. After our adventure, we'll gather on the sand for a beautiful picnic-style lunch, meaningful conversation, and time to simply enjoy being present together. Throughout the morning, you'll have the opportunity to meet inspiring women, build new friendships, and experience the magic that happens when movement and community come together.

To make the day even more special, we'll be hosting a raffle featuring thoughtfully curated gifts from some of our incredible Partners in Purpose—brands that share our commitment to wellness, connection, and giving back.

At FITIZENS, our gatherings are intentionally designed to help women step away from the busyness of everyday life, spend more time in nature, move their bodies, and create genuine relationships that extend far beyond a single event.

After event expenses, proceeds from every FITIZENS gathering support the FITIZENS Fund, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping young women navigating breast cancer.
