Our movement experiences are designed to energize the body, reset the nervous system, and create meaningful moments of connection.

You can experience FITIZENS MOVE in two ways:

Baila with Val

A 50-minute rhythm-driven workout blending Latin dance, sculpting, and functional strength. High energy, joyful movement, and community connection.

FIT + ZEN Experience

A 90-minute collaborative wellness gathering combining movement led by Val or guest instructors with a grounding mindfulness practice to close.
